WOVEN CIRCUIT / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

What we can verify about information connected to project requests, accounts, and website measurement.

Information collected

Project requests

You can send a project request without creating an account. The form requires your name and email address, plus a response to “What work would you like to improve?” (up to 3,000 characters). It also offers an optional “Tools involved” field (up to 300 characters). The site stores submitted requests.

Accounts

If you sign up, the form asks for your name, email address, and password. Signup starts an email verification message and uses an authentication session cookie for account access.

How information is used

Woven Circuit uses project request details to review the workflow you describe and to follow up at the email address you provide. The request confirmation says Woven Circuit will review the details and follow up using that address. Account information is used for account access and email verification. The website also measures page views, signup activity, and verified checkout activity as described below.

Sharing and service providers

After a project request is stored, the site attempts to send a confirmation email through the Polsia email service. Signup also initiates an account verification email through that service.

Woven Circuit has confirmed that it uses Polsia behind the scenes to code, host, and deploy custom agents.

Details not specified: The site does not state which client or end-user information may be processed or accessed through custom agents, which AI providers are used, what access Polsia has or which subprocessors it uses, where information is processed or stored, or what other service providers receive information.

Browser tracking and storage

Meta Pixel is loaded across the site. The site sends Meta a PageView event when a page is viewed and a Lead event after a successful signup. A verified checkout also sends a Purchase event with the buyer-paid amount in USD. The exact browser identifiers, device details, cookies, or other information Meta receives have not been verified here.

The app also contains a deployment-conditional Polsia page-view beacon. When enabled, it stores a browser UUID as polsia_vid in local storage, reuses that value, and sends it with a page event to the configured Polsia endpoint. The beacon was not active in this code-review environment because no analytics slug was available. The repository does not show whether the production deployment has that setting enabled.

Whether the Polsia beacon is enabled on the production deployment is not known from the repository. The specific cookie, browser, and device data handled by Meta Pixel and other measurement tools have not been verified.

Retention and deletion

The current site code shows that project requests are stored, but it does not establish a retention period or a deletion process. No retention timeline or request-handling deadline is stated here. The site also does not explain how requests to access, correct, or delete information and accounts are handled.

Privacy contact and policy details

The current public contact email is woven-circuit-3@polsia.app.

The site does not identify the legal operator’s full identity and address, the applicable jurisdiction, or security controls. It also does not state whether the listed email is the right privacy contact. Vendor, AI-provider, Polsia access, and data-location details are not specified above. No legal rights, security guarantees, or data-handling timelines are asserted here.
